By accessing and using AEOfy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AEOfy regarding your use of the website and services.

2. Description of Service

AEOfy provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tools, analytics, and tracking services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Usage and Keys

Our Service allows you to bring your own API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity). You are solely responsible for managing and securing your API keys. AEOfy stores these keys locally on your device and does not transmit them to our servers for storage. You are responsible for any charges incurred from the third-party API providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AEOfy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AEOfy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AEOfy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AEOfy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
